I purchased this MP3 player in black and yellow. I could not get the ear plugs to work. I downloaded my songs from I tunes to I could listen to this player while in the swimming pool. It's still not working. it's been 2 1/2 months now. sigh*** I lost the paperwork so I can't return it.

I had such high hopes for this underwater MP3 player that the fact that it quit working after 3 workouts was a bigger let down than it should have been. And indeed, I should have read more reviews. The fact that customer service does not respond AT ALL is the insult that really hurts. It is still under warranty, but no one I contact through their website responds. There is seemingly no recourse. I used PayPal to pay for it and wonder if there may be some recourse. buyer Beware, eh? Has anyone found a unit that does work?

Training for my third ironman and i thought, hey, let's make swimming a little more fun. The item just does not deliver good sound quality. It works well for the first 10 minutes, and then one ear fades away. The second ear typically stops around 45 minutes. My biggest complaint is with this company. You can speak to no one, and you can email no one, ok, you can but it takes 2 to 3 weeks to hear back and then the warranty period has expired for a refund. If you plan on sending the item in for repair, expect 3 to 4 weeks for the process, again, very slow. I did this twice, and they send me a new pair, but ends up with the same results. Hey, at least one ear of poor quality music is better than no music at all, which is why it gets one star. They do work pretty well in keeping water out of your ears.
