We got this for my daughter's second birthday. She loves bubbles and since we can not spend all day blowing bubbles and can't seem to churn them out quickly a bubble machine was a must. After reading all the reviews and careful research we determined this machine would be the best for our little princess. It is! It's great. Like all the past reviews all you need is a little baby bubble bath and you are set! This machine is of great quality and very sturdy. You will definitely get your money worth for years to come. Thank you American DJ.

Great item for the price. It cleans well, it's well constructed, and I've used it three times now without incident. I used Tekno Bubbles - Blue UV Blacklight Reactive - Half Gallon - 64 Ounces with a bunch of blacklights to create an awesome effect that resulted in everything and everyone glowing! Great purchase.

I have a childcare and have gone thru so many bubble machines...time to invest in a good one...it puts out lots of bubbles but is a very big mess! The children have to wear hats when I turn on the machine...if you have cement it becomes very slippery. Would I buy this one again no :(

In my opinion - a good hair management product would remove hair for about 1 month before it would begin to grow back, it would be reasonably priced, relatively easy to use, would work on all hair types without irritation(or cuts), and would require less than 20 minutes of your time.

This product did not meet any of the above criteria(unfortunately) - for me.

Some history - for about the past 5 years I have searched for the ideal solution to my hair problem. I tried "Nair for Men" - disappointed and irritated. I tried regular "Nair" - result was only slightly better. Later I tried "Veet" for women(which I am not), and left it on for about 10 minutes, the results were passable but not perfect. And the results did not last, 1 week later and the hair was growing back. I also tried using an old electric shaver which I no longer used on my face, I had to use the trimmer on it to cut down the hair to shaving size, not an easy task with my long thick dark brown hair. I was not satisfied with the result using the electric shaver. It should be noted that I was using these products for the "lower" region where they should not be used, but I have no need for hairless legs or chest, hair here (mostly) does not bother me(although I believe hair below the neck no longer serves a purpose, other than to become sweaty, smelly, and itchy).

So I decided to try "ballsBALM". The 1st thing I noticed - the small size of the tubes. If I wanted to remove all the hair on my body I would need more than 1 of these(more like 5 or 6). Although all I wanted/needed was to remove the hair around the "groin" and lower back.

After applying a thick layer and waiting more than 10 minutes I tried wiping it off with a towel or "washcloth" or whatever you want to call it. Very little hair actually came off. In the back of my mind I kind of knew this was not going to work, with "Veet" I had to use a special "scraper" to remove the hair(I tried it on my 2nd try). Using a wet sponge more hair came off than with the towel. I re-applied another layer of "Bare Balm" cream and then after waiting for more than 15 minutes and using the "scraper" I had used with "Veet" a significant amount of hair actually came off, although not entirely(the roots of the hair were still left in the skin - like with other similar products). It was not a perfect result, and I did not even bother trying it on my back(I did not want to spend another half hour in the bathroom). To get to this point I believe I used about 40-50% of the tube. In 2 weeks I was back to square 1.

The smell of the product did not bother me(no lasting cucumber smell), but I did not find it to be better when compared to similar store bought products(which are not perfect either).

ill adimt, im half monkey, but thats why i looked to find this type of product. i used it on my back, my chest and my arms, and well... anyway, it didnt seem to work. if you have light amounts of body hair, and just want a clean look, maybe this will work for you. if you have thick body hair, dont expect much!!

I purchased this MP3 player in black and yellow. I could not get the ear plugs to work. I downloaded my songs from I tunes to I could listen to this player while in the swimming pool. It's still not working. it's been 2 1/2 months now. sigh*** I lost the paperwork so I can't return it.

I had such high hopes for this underwater MP3 player that the fact that it quit working after 3 workouts was a bigger let down than it should have been. And indeed, I should have read more reviews. The fact that customer service does not respond AT ALL is the insult that really hurts. It is still under warranty, but no one I contact through their website responds. There is seemingly no recourse. I used PayPal to pay for it and wonder if there may be some recourse. buyer Beware, eh? Has anyone found a unit that does work?

Training for my third ironman and i thought, hey, let's make swimming a little more fun. The item just does not deliver good sound quality. It works well for the first 10 minutes, and then one ear fades away. The second ear typically stops around 45 minutes. My biggest complaint is with this company. You can speak to no one, and you can email no one, ok, you can but it takes 2 to 3 weeks to hear back and then the warranty period has expired for a refund. If you plan on sending the item in for repair, expect 3 to 4 weeks for the process, again, very slow. I did this twice, and they send me a new pair, but ends up with the same results. Hey, at least one ear of poor quality music is better than no music at all, which is why it gets one star. They do work pretty well in keeping water out of your ears.

L. A .Dale, Perth author, mother and self-confessed rugby fanatic has been my latest bed partner. By that I mean I have been snuggling up in my bed after a crazy day of child-wrangling, with her latest novel `The Taming of the Bastard.'

And what a hoot we've had!

I've got to be honest. I haven't lusted after a fictional literary character with quite so much gusto since having my head buried in the Twilight books. (Robert Pattinson wasn't a patch on the Edward Cullen in my head, let me tell you!)

Sam Brockton, is not only exudes charm, charisma and a super hot body, he is also riddled with annoying bad habits and character flaws which make him wholly believable, and somehow even more attractive. He had me drooling on my keyboard on more than one occasion anyway, whilst at other times I would have quite liked to poke both of his eyes out!

L.A Dale captures the rugby social culture and its unspoken rules of male bonding and immaturity with hilarious accuracy.
So if you are partial to Chick Lit and are on the lookout for something to make you laugh out loud, then you really can't go past this book.


The Taming of The Bastard Review by Book Lover

'The Taming of The Bastard' is a fun engaging read by L A Dale. It would be classed as chick lit or women's literature and is full of romance and fun. I enjoyed reading this book because it was a quick and interesting read but I lost quite a bit of respect for the heroine of the book.

While she seemed career driven, intelligent and smart, the things she accepted from the man she was trying to tame would never have passed with me or I hope any woman who has self-respect. I also didn't find it realistic how they resolved their 'issues' but it was still a fun read.

While 'The Taming of the Bastard' contained a storyline that made me suspend my disbelief, it didn't affect the fact that I loved the book and couldn't wait to finish it and see what was going to happen!

We wanted an advent calendar when we started our family. I looked all over the Internet because we wanted a wooden one (to last for years) and one displaying the nativity scene (the whole purpose of "advent"). This calendar also allows the children to create the manger scene day by day as they wait for Christmas. All in all, this was perfectly what we had in mind!

Thankfully, Amazon had this one for the best price! It arrived very quickly--just days after ordering it. We were delighted with it! It is well-constructed and very sturdy. The magnetic pieces stick well, and the magnets are flush with the backs of the figurines. The colors are gorgeous and very enchanting. We were also glad to see that the boxes are large enough to hold a figurine and a piece of candy. I think this will be one of our favorite family gifts!
