I have previously used Solo sprayers for many years being the owner of a landscape Co. Last yr. I ordered one called the spritzer (basically the same as this unit). It would not hold a charge. It was replaced (not by Solo)... Next one got a pinhole leak at the bottom. Also replaced (not by Solo). Next one the tube that pumps air into the unit bent allowing chemical to come up and pump product out, and in fact into my face. When I called Solo they thanked me and said they would send my comments to tech. dept.

Years back they were a real good company that produced real good products.

I received the Solo 2-Liter Pump Sprayer promptly and in good condition. I've used the sprayer several times, and it works well. The extension wand and tiltable spray head are real assets - particularly when trying to spray the undersides of leaves. This sprayer costs more than some other similarly sized sprayers, but given the quality (very good) and versatility, I believe it is a very good value. The only negative comment I have is that I wish the mouth of the sprayer were wider to facilitate easy transfer of materials into the sprayer.

This is a well made sprayer with a comfortable balanced feel when spraying. Some smaller sprayer are awkward to use, but this makes spraying a breeze. The spray is fine and even, it delivers a nice constant spray. It is possible to lock the spray trigger in an open position, I'm not sure how useful this is given the need to pump the handle every 10 seconds, but some may find it useful.
The user pump the handle on the top and once pressure is obtained you press the trigger located above the handle with your thumb; spray time is about 10 seconds between pumping.
One reviewer commented on the opening being too small, but I do not find this is the case. It was more than adequate to fill the 1 gallon tank without spilling anything.
